In the same way, a conductor leads an orchestra; my skill set is to know what should happen before it should occur, knowing the rhythm of the day so that everything rolls smoothly, and is the one person that all vendors will look to take the lead on your wedding day.
My support can be defined by your needs to include the rehearsal to reception installation. I become your spokesperson, your advocate, basically your day of the wedding clone.
I have been producing special events for over 16 years in Chicago. Working in most every hotel and venue in Chicagoland. This extensive knowledge should be a tremendous comfort to you, knowing that I have produced thousands of events and that you need not be stressed about your plans, just enjoy the day!

I take on a limited number of weddings per year to maintain a high standard of client service. My proven timeline for streamline production is:
1-2 Months Prior…
A pair of meetings will be set; the first is meeting just to download information our second meeting is a production walkthrough

Set the time required for your production; each “Day of Plan” is set based on your wedding and what your need.

Review all vendor contracts and understand exactly who is doing what and when.

We will formulate a list of all vendors and contacts then discuss an introduction plan to let all vendors know of your hiring a wedding PRODUCER.

I often offer suggestions to save time, add personal touches to your current plans at no charge, I just believe that my experience can provide for a better wedding day.

Create your day-of timeline, which will break down all the details regarding arrival times, setup, and breakdown.

And on your wedding day, we’ll discretely take the lead so that you, your fiancé, and your families can enjoy your wedding day to the fullest.

Conduct a site visit with you, and discuss all of the details you have planned, establish how you envision the space on your wedding day.

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we connect as required in regards to any changes to the timeline.
The week of the wedding we will meet for:

Handing over any printed pieces that will be needed for the day of the wedding, such as place setting cards, menus, etc.
The Day Before the Wedding:

You enjoy your day while I orchestrate for you and oversee all aspects of vendor management and timing to ensure the wedding ceremony and the reception are just as you envisioned.
